Philanthropy
Through Hevia Cosmetic Dermatology, Dr. Oscar Hevia and Ana Hevia have provided pro-bono services, donations, mentoring and their time in support of some of the community’s worthy causes and impacted citizens. Their community involvement is diverse extending to a series of not-for-profit organizations, educational institutions and health related ventures.
Ana and Oscar were recently presented with a Proclamation signed by the Mayor of the City of Coral Gables, Jim Cason, naming a day in honor of them. The Proclamation acknowledged the dedication the Hevia’s have demonstrated to the community, through their many philanthropic activities over the years.
