Avoid aspirin, ibuprofen, naproxen, or any other medication or supplement that is considered a blood thinner for 7-10 days before your treatment. (If you aren’t sure about a specific medication, ask us!) This will help decrease your chances of bruising.

Schedule accordingly. Even if you avoid taking blood thinners and take all the necessary precautions, bruising is possible with any injectable treatment. Give yourself at least a week or two to heal before any big events.
